Our return and exchange policies.

RETURNS POLICY

  • Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
  • Missing / Broken Items: All missing and broken items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived broken.
  • Defective Products: Returns of any defective products are entitled to a replacement only during the manufacturer’s warranty period and in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty return policy. Please note that certain manufacturers require that the customer process all warranty claims with the manufacturer directly. Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with a defective product return, unless the product was received DOA (dead on arrival).
  • Product Registration: Some manufacturers offer extended warranties. Please register your product directly with the manufacturer via the card received with the product or via their website to qualify for the extended warranty.
  • User Error: Units returned as faulty that are found to be functioning properly (return due to user error) are subject to a $20 dollar processing fee that includes return shipping.
  • Processing: Warranty returns are processed within 7 – 14 Business days with DOA warranty returns processed as priority.
  • Before you ship your products back make sure you contact us and we will send you a return form, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and return number.
  • Immediacy: Claims need to be processed and followed through to completion once the initial enquiry is made. We do not process claims weeks and months after you have notified us of an issue.
  • Shipping on Warranty Returns: VapeRhino does not cover the cost of shipping on warranty returned items. We will ship a replacement back to you at our cost if the warranty claim is found to be valid.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Please be aware that eLiquids are NOT eligible for refunds and exchanges unless required by law. However we are happy to discuss this further.
